Do you thrive on creating memorable customer experiences while keeping a busy environment running smoothly? We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Pigtails & Crewcuts.
This role is at the heart of our salon — welcoming families, keeping the flow of appointments on track, supporting our stylists, and sharing the Pigtails & Crewcuts experience both in person and online.
Qualifications
- You enjoy greeting families with a smile and making them feel welcome
- You’re comfortable handling transactions, scheduling, and keeping the day running smoothly
- You’re a natural multitasker who’s happy to jump in and help stylists when needed
- You can chat on the phone in a cheerful, helpful way
- You don’t mind pitching in with light cleaning, stocking, and keeping things organized
- You’re creative and confident in recording/posting fun salon content on social media
- You bring a positive, caring attitude and work well as part of a team
Pay & Training

$15/hour during training

$16.50/hour after training when performing all tasks (including social media posting) consistently

Compensation: $16.50 - $24.00 per hour

Mom & dad can rest easy in our clean, safe, and professional facilities designed to fit the individual needs of each child. Our stylists are trained to work with children and specialize in haircuts for boys & girls of all ages, trend-setting hair fashions, themed parties, and retail product-lines specifically created for kids. Each salon is designed with our most important customer in mind. We have themed & adult styling chairs, “mom chairs” at each styling station, age appropriate movies playing throughout the day, video game consoles, party room, a train table, toys, and retail offerings including hair accessories & hair care products.
Pigtails & Crewcuts proudly partners with Locks of Love. We, also, have an exclusive line of trademark products created with our customers in mind. Each salon is locally owned & operated, and our family approach has made us one of the most respected children’s hair salon franchises in the country.
